When your fruit box included probably too many organic bananas and they start to get quite ripe, it's time to make banana pancakes! 😍 Recipe for these 🥞 👇
Since ordering organic veggie+fruit box at home it feels so much better and tastes so much yummy to eat at home than out, where still almost all ingredients are industrial produce containing pesticides and aggressive fertilizers.
Are you willing to pay a little more or maybe get a more mindful-side of dish when eating out and be served healthier, more sustainable food at cafes and restaurants?
I myself am so ready! And I'm thrilled to motivate and support businesses through the process ❤️🌿
RECIPE
All organic and plastic-free packaged for better taste and feel ;)
1/4 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of soy or your favourite milk
2 tbsp of chia seeds
Let them soak for at least 10 mins, then add
2 rioe bananas (or as much banana as you want, the more bananas, the less flour) mashing then while mixing with a fork
1 cup of whole spelt flour
Spice up with cinnamon, cardamom, raw cacao, and if you like you can also add ginger or a drop of vanilla extract (vanilla and cacao are important to get not only organic but Fairtrade)
Add more milk if needed to get a soft consistency.
Cook them on a non-sticky pan so you don't need to add oil as it burns easily when making pancakes.
Enjoy! ❤️
