These holidays brought another eventful team meeting full of learning, celebrating and plenty of reasons to be proud!

Today we came together to:
✨ Upskill our team with the Bayley Scales assessment
🏆 Celebrate Katelyn as our Employee of the Quarter
👏 Recognise Ange for her incredible efforts throughout our recent NDIS audit
🎓 Celebrate our wonderful students on placement and their supervisors
💛 Celebrate our team challenge, where every entry helped contribute towards funding for a charity close to Ebony’s heart — with Grace taking out the lucky draw!
🎂 And, of course, celebrate our birthday girl Erin!

We’re so grateful for a team that continues to learn, support one another, celebrate each other’s achievements and make a difference both within our team and in the wider community.

The many faces of ADHD

ADHD doesn’t look the same for everyone. It can show up differently depending on the individual, their environment and the demands placed on them.

For some, it may look like constant movement or impulsivity. For others, it may look like daydreaming, difficulty getting started, big emotions, challenges with routines or becoming deeply focused on things that interest them.

There is no single “ADHD look” — and what we see on the outside doesn’t always tell us what someone is experiencing underneath.

This ADHD Awareness Month, let’s look beyond the behaviour, challenge the stereotypes and take the time to understand the individual behind the diagnosis. ✨
