PRACTICE CLOSURE

To our valued patients, please be advised that Myhealth Sydney Harbour will be closed permanently from Monday 6th June due to unforeseen circumstances. Patient records will be transferred to Myhealth Sydney CBD (8/151 Castlereagh St, Sydney. Phone: (02) 8197 3388). Pfizer Covid Vaccination for 5-11 year olds available from 10th January!

Children will receive 2 doses of the vaccine, 8 weeks apart. The children’s dose is one third of the dose for people aged 12 years and over.
