When someone is diagnosed with dementia, it can be hard – not just for them, but also for their family, friends and carers.

Talking openly about dementia can help people feel less alone, seek support sooner and plan for the future.

We fund Dementia Australia to deliver the National Dementia Support Program.

The program helps people living with dementia, their families and carers access information, support services and make choices.
