But it’s now really about refining the skills you’ve built, and making sure you can consistently train

Your fitness is there. Your speed is there.

So heaviness and sluggishness is a sign you need to cutdown your intensity and volume so body can adapt to the accumulated training you’ve done all year

🤝 Local legend 100k adventure!

Never in doubt. We believe. We achieved.

Confidence is what is lost when you’re injured.

But, with patience - the body adapts given the right load, structure and time.

From struggling to run 2km due to excruciating foot pain, Christian trusted the process and completed 100km at - finishing the 951 stairs in the last moment without stopping!

No quick fixes. We rebuilt capacitt from the Ground Up

My journal back in December 2025.

My body and mind was shattered from the millions of things bouncing in my head. It made me easily irritable and irrational with some decisions

From stories of my grandfathers, they were both calm and collected. Making strong decisions under the civil war of Vietnam that kept my whole family together.

That’s the people I want to become. A character of calm under the chaos.

2026, I’ve set some personal standards.
We practiced these methods over the months.

Then we got to apply it during the LA-Vegas + 100km event.
Having the right people around accelerates your growth.

And the result… I’ve made some hektic decisions that I’m proud of over the last months.

Feeling more lighter and free from the shackles that once lived rent free in my head

Failed first 100k attempt

Ain’t some people love to see you fail.

Some wise words from certain people calling me weak and a b*tch, because I didn’t endure pain to finish 100k - especially rolling the same ankle 4x

Upon reflecting…i questioned why this event was so fun. I was in a trance. Never a dull moment climbing at the endless amount of stairs with my quads and heart pumping

I run because I love running.
You get to meet amazing and infectious human beings that carry an inspiring aura

One thing I realised during this event. Life is a challenge in itself for me. That’s harder than this event.
Strength isn’t always found in forcing yourself through pain just to get to the finish line.

But it was the ability to have a clear-mind to objectively make a decision to step away so I can still be present to the people around me

Nervous system fatigue is underrated and no one knows about it

The body is actually doing a system upgrade, and you’ll come out fitter the other end when you’re patient.

If you have any of the above symptoms, your body is still normalising.

You won’t lose fitness if you rest a week.

Focus on:
✅ Eating HEAPS and whatever you want
✅ Sleeping
✅ Spending time with family and friends again (for the week)

If you want to move, move lightly or cross-train on a bike or swim
