Not all hand-related injuries must be treated by a hand specialist. A Physiotherapist can treat most of the overuse injuries, including acute finger sprain, and most subacute neurological issues.

Sydney Health Physiotherapy prides itself on its expertise in Hand-Related Injury Treatment. We provide fibreglass casting, CAM boot fitting, finger splinting, and brace fitting services.

Referrals can be done via Healthshare - search for Physiotherapy in Sydney CBD or Physiotherapy in Hurstville.

We have a fully equipt Stand-alone practice which consists of a gym and a functional assessment room. Free street parkings are available.

Meet Nicole Ng – Physiotherapist

I’m Nicole Ng, a University of Sydney graduate with a passion for helping people regain function and improve mobility. I have experience treating all ages, from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults managing chronic pain. I also have experience working with children with developmental disorders, supporting their motor skill development.

As a swimmer and cyclist, I’m passionate about sports recovery and injury prevention. My approach combines exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy, and education to create personalised treatment plans.
