The initial consultation is designed to create a clear, intentional direction for your treatment journey.

Every assessment begins with understanding the patient’s goals, concerns, medical history, and what they are realistically hoping to achieve.

From there, a structural assessment is conducted. Looking beyond the surface to evaluate facial anatomy, skin quality, and any underlying medical conditions that may affect suitability or approach.
Only once a full picture is established does treatment planning begin. Every recommendation is individual. Safety, balance, and long-term outcomes guide every decision. Not trends, not volume, not assumptions.

No two patients are the same, and no two plans should be either.
Suitability is determined following consultation.

Hybrid breast augmentation is not just about adding volume, it’s about refining the final result.

By combining implants for structure with your own fat for contouring, we’re able to soften transitions, improve symmetry, and enhance areas implants alone can’t address.

This approach allows for a more controlled, anatomical outcome, one that looks and feels more natural.

As with all fat grafting, a percentage is naturally reabsorbed, which is carefully accounted for in surgical planning.

The focus is not simply augmentation, but precision, balance, and long-term result integrity.

Recovery is not accelerated by intensity, it’s optimised through control.

At this stage, the body is transitioning from acute healing to early remodelling.
Swelling is still present. Tissues remain vulnerable. Precision in how you move, and how you rest, continues to matter.

Small, measured progression supports circulation, reduces complications, and protects your result.

What feels like “doing less” is often exactly what allows the best outcome to take shape.

Every recovery follows its own timeline.
The goal is not speed, it’s stability, symmetry, and long-term result integrity.

Hybrid Breast Augmentation: a layered, tissue-based approach to optimisation of outcome.

This technique integrates prosthetic volume with autologous fat grafting to refine contour, soften transitions, and enahance overall proportion.

Implants provide structural projection and volume, while fat grafting is used to address contour irregularities, improve symmetry, and modulate the soft tissue envelope.

Fat graft survival is variable and influenced by multiple factors, including recipient site vascularity, graft handling, and postoperative healing conditions. For this reason, outcomes are planned with an understanding of partial resorption over time.

A precise, individualised approach, combining surgical technique with biological considerations, supports more natural, balanced results.
