My dear beautiful clients,

You may have noticed that my bookings at Elemental Health have been closed. Due to personal reasons, I have taken a break.

That is something I always always always recommend to not just my clients, but everyone I came across with turmoil in their lives.

PAUSE.
BREATHE.
TAKE A BREAK.
FILL YOUR CUP FIRST.
THINK.
RECONSIDER.
MAKE A CHOICE THAT YOU THINK IS RIGHT.
CHANGE.
RE-ADJUST.
LET YOUR EMOTIONS COME UP TO COME OUT.
EMBRACE YOUR FEELINGS.
ASK FOR HELP.
GIVE YOURSELF TIME.
THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE AS IT WAS ALWAYS MEAN TO BE.
NEVER LOSE HOPE.
YOU MATTER.

In recent years I struggled with YOU MATTER piece. I've given my whole self to others, to everything and anything. It was all meaningful and given directly from my heart, but I never seen myself as deserving of the same, as someone who needs to be seen and heard, as someone who has desires and wishes and dreams too. I neglected myself. And believe it or not, neglected emotions will get you. They will knock and knock until you notice them. Mine did knock so loudly making me physically very sick. That was a final warning.

Fast forward, with help of many beautiful souls and healing on all levels, I am back to my true authentic self.

I have met people who I exactly needed on my journey to recovery. And it is a journey.

I am now speaking my truth and walking my truth.

I am not afraid to show my true self.

And universe is responding. Sending what I need right now, at this very moment. And I am especially grateful for these amazing women who hold my hand and are here for me.

I know now:

I TOO DO MATTER.
MY DREAMS ARE IMPORTANT TOO.
I HAVE A CHOICE TOO.
I CAN LET MY EMOTIONS COME UP TO COME OUT, AND THEY DID.
I CAN TURN THE PAGE AND START OVER, WRITING A NEW STORY.

I AM GREATFUL FOR EVERY STEP I HAVE TO TAKE, AS LONG AS I GO FORWARD.

I AM BACK TO SHARE MY KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM WITH YOU AT MY NEW HOME:
