I don’t really subscribe to NY “resolutions”, but I do believe in things to look forward to, and things to strive towards.

Its been an eventful year, and a very stressful last few weeks for alot of people.
This time of year can also be hard for many.
And while many services do close, and while this service takes a needed break, please remeber that you dont have to suffer alone, and there are always supports available.
Please be kind to yourself. Please reach out for help if you need it. Be safe.
