We’re looking for an OT to join VitaCare!

We’re growing our team and would love to connect with an Occupational Therapist who genuinely cares about the people they support.

Meet James!

James plays an important role in the day-to-day coordination and operations of VitaCare Disability Services. As our Client Coordinator & Operations Leader, his responsibilities include supporting participant's onboarding, coordinating services, assisting with team operations, maintaining strong communication with participants and families, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of VitaCare’s services.

With experience across the NDIS Sector, Direct disability support, aged care, client services, NDIS administration and team leadership, James brings a hands-on, organised and person-centred approach to his role. His experience working directly with people with disability has given him a strong understanding of the importance of genuine connection, communication and individualised support.

James is passionate about creating a welcoming and dependable service where participants and their families feel heard, respected and supported. He is committed to helping VitaCare continue to grow while ensuring the people we support remain at the heart of everything we do.

Meet Raffy!

Raffy plays an important role in the day-to-day management and continued growth of VitaCare Disability Services. Her responsibilities include overseeing business operations, participant enquiries and onboarding, NDIS compliance, team support, service administration and building strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators and community partners.

With experience in business management, administration, client service and team leadership, Raffy brings a highly organised, compassionate and hands-on approach to her role. She is committed to ensuring every participant feels heard, respected and supported throughout their journey with VitaCare.

Raffy is passionate about creating a welcoming and dependable service where participants and their families can feel confident knowing they are receiving genuine, person-centered support.
