VISION
Our vision is to create a cooperative of like-minded experienced, passionate practitioners under the one roof. A space in which to facilitate and teach people, how to use the intelligence of their body to inform them in life, both physically and emotionally. To realize their potential and the incredible power they hold within for change. WHAT WE OFFER
- Pilates: Private, semi private and mat classes.
- Massage
- Reiki

Body in Song will be slowly introducing other classes and practitioners for you to continue to explore your body and gain a wealth of knowledge from a variety of people as you go. Give your mind and body the attention, care and restoration it deserves. Build strength, resilience, ease of movement and peace of the mind.
