An Amazing week of Reformer Pilates planned for you all , my beauties 🥰

What I see is ladies wanting energy, challenge, mobility & building on layers of strength ... this happens & 1 lesson a week is better than nothing but 2 to 3 lessons is where you see & feel the difference, Truly it is 💁‍♀️

I blend Classical & Contemporary movement with the foundations laid by Joseph Pilates always guided by the principles that make Pilates...

Because for me as YOUR instructor the most important thing isn't whether a movement is classical or contemporary...it's whether my clients love their classes, feel stronger, move better, and get the results they came for
Because in my eyes, Pilates isn't entirely defined by whether a movement is old or new...It's defined by how well it's taught, why it's programmed, and whether the principles are still there .

Pilates or Not Pilates
This certainly caught my eye ...

Without Pilates, the body gets tighter, the movements become more limited... That little lower back pain starts to appear more often, the balance is no longer the same and simple activities take more effort. Posture changes, breathing shortens, and we gradually adapt to the discomfort thinking it's "normal for age".
But it doesn't have to be.
With Pilates, aging takes on another meaning. The body keeps moving, the muscle stays active, the posture aligns, the body awareness increases. you feel stronger, more stable, and freer Pain decreases, flexibility improves, and autonomy remains.
Ageing with Pilates is continuing to live quality.

Because growing old is inevitable & it is a blessing 💕
But losing quality of life, no need to be.
