Note that for now rehab clients will be on a

Aim for 1.5-2gr of protein per kilo of bodyweight.

Neither of us struggle to eat enough protein because our meals are protein and veggies. It’s super easy, nutritious and makes us full.

Cut out the fillers in your diet and you will be able to eat more protein (start by cutting bread and anything processed). Focus on getting your protein from real food (mostly from meat, fish, eggs not anything transformed with a nice label saying “high in protein”).

If you are vegan or vegetarian, the exact same principle applies.

I have nothing against having a plan but if it’s preventing you from getting started, no change will happen on paper. Nobody ever regrets starting too soon 🤷‍♂️
