Thoracic mobility with Jack Burton
If you suffer/ have been suffering with neck pain, or shoulder dysfunctions it may not be that specific area that is the problem.
Decreased mobility of the thoracic spine has become significantly related to neck pain because of the biomechanical links between the thoracic and cervical spine.
Decreased mobility in the T-spine has also been linked with shoulder dysfunctions due to the anatomical position of the shoulder girdle and the thoracic spine
