Most people come to us with a clear vision, a folder full of inspiration and one big question: where do I even start?

Nuri’s Glam is based in Sydney, but we work with beauty businesses worldwide. What makes our approach different is the experience behind every part of the project.

That combination matters because creating a successful beauty business involves much more than choosing finishes and furniture. There are approval pathways, accessibility standards, hydraulic, electrical and fire service requirements, technical specifications and construction timelines that need to be considered alongside how the salon will operate every day.

Based in Sydney, we support projects across Australia and worldwide.

In Australia, depending on the project and location, our involvement can extend from early site visits and consultant coordination through construction, delivery and installation.

For international projects, we work with our specialist architectural design partners, Arquitectura•Diseño interior estratégico para locales , to develop the complete design. Nuri’s Glam then coordinates the custom-made furniture, equipment, production, quality checks and international shipping.

Nuri’s Glam didn’t begin with furniture. It began with knowing what it feels like when the salon is yours.

When it is your name on the door, every decision feels personal. The layout, furniture, equipment, budget and opening date all affect the business you are trying to build.

I know that feeling because I have experienced this industry from different sides and in different parts of the world: as a nail technician, salon owner, beauty educator and consultant.

I also know how quickly an exciting project can become overwhelming when the designer, furniture supplier, equipment provider and trades are all working separately.

That is one of the reasons I created Nuri’s Glam.

I wanted to make the journey feel clearer and more connected, looking at the salon as one complete vision rather than a collection of separate purchases and decisions.

What I love most is watching something that once existed only in someone’s imagination begin to feel real. The design taking shape, the materials coming together, the furniture arriving and, eventually, the doors opening.
