👁️ Long weekend ahead: love your contacts, but protect your eyes!

Modern contact lenses are comfortable, convenient and effective, even for older adults. Whether you've worn contacts for years or just started, it's important to wear them safely.

With travel, pools, beaches and late nights on the cards this weekend, please remember:

✅ Never shower or swim in your lenses
✅ Never sleep in them, even for a nap
✅ Wash and dry your hands before handling them
✅ Replace your lenses and case as directed
✅ Pack a spare pair of glasses

⚠️ If you have redness, pain, light sensitivity, blurred vision or discharge, remove your lenses and contact us straight away. Untreated eye infections can threaten your sight.
