Supporting everyday routines is an important part of promoting choice, dignity and greater independence.

Our Personal Care & Daily Living supports are customized to each participantโ€™s individual needs, preferences and routines. This may include assistance with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, grooming, and morning or bedtime routines.

Our focus is on providing the right level of support while encouraging participants to remain actively involved in their daily lives and make choices about how their support is delivered.

At Assure Ability, continuous professional development is an important part of maintaining safe, consistent, and high-quality support.

Our team recently participated in a High Intensity Clinical Care Training session led by our CEO, Dr Mohammad Sharier, covering key areas including acute asthma emergency response, bowel care, catheter care, CPR and basic life support, diabetes emergency care, seizure response, tracheostomy care and wound management.

Ongoing training strengthens our teamโ€™s practical knowledge and preparedness to support participants in line with individual care plans, clinical guidance and established safety procedures.

We remain committed to developing a capable workforce that delivers high-intensity supports with professionalism, dignity and respect.

Assure Ability is looking for a suitable Disability Support Worker for a "female NDIS participant in Maroubra".

**Based on the participant's preferences, she is seeking:

โ€ข Female support worker
โ€ข Nepali background / Nepali-speaking
โ€ข Preferably late 20s to early 30s
โ€ข Valid driver's licence and confident driving
โ€ข Polite, respectful, caring and reliable
โ€ข Flexible to provide both Domestic Assistance and Community Participation (CP) shifts
โ€ข Able to build a positive and respectful working relationship with the participant

Previous disability support experience and relevant NDIS requirements are preferred.
