A look into how I structure my own full body strength and aesthetics training.
I run this as a five day setup because I’ve built up the training age and recovery to handle it. Each day has a clear role, with the main lifts early and the accessory work there to build muscle and round things out.
For most people though, four days is the better option. Better recovery. Better sessions. Better long term progress. If I was trimming this down, I’d drop day five or alternate day four and five each week.
It’s also built as a four week block. Week one is your baseline. Week two and three are where the progression happens. Then week four is a deload to freshen up and reset before the next block
