We’ve become so used to fixing, improving, and pushing through that we’ve forgotten how to simply feel.

Not every emotion needs solving.

Some just need space to exist.

Life gets a lot softer when you stop treating every hard feeling like a problem to fix ❤️

There was a version of me who thought she wasn’t worthy of the love she gave so freely to everyone else.

She felt forgotten.
Like an afterthought.
Like the last one to be invited.
Like the one who cared deeply but wasn’t always chosen back.

She questioned her worth based on who stayed, who left, and who remembered.

Now, she knows better.

The ocean doesn’t ask permission to take up space.

Neither should you.

Lately, I’ve started catching myself repeating things about myself that were never originally mine.

The little comments.
The criticisms.
The stories I’ve carried for years.

And now that I’m paying attention, I notice them everywhere.

In conversations.
In offhand remarks.
In the way people speak about themselves without even realising it.

It makes me wonder…

What if there was never anything wrong with you?

What if you spent years believing something that was handed to you by someone who was hurting, projecting, or simply wrong?

How different would your life look if you stopped treating that story as the truth?

Maybe it’s time to question the belief, not yourself 🤍

I didn’t realise how much I needed this until it arrived.

Living remotely has taught me a lot about myself.

It’s taught me resilience.
Independence.
How to build a life in places I never imagined I’d call home.

But it has also taught me how lonely it can feel sometimes.

The kind of loneliness that isn’t about being alone.

It’s about missing the people who know you.

The people who remember your stories.
Your quirks.
Your favourite coffee order.
The version of you that existed before this chapter began.

Then this arrived.

A letter from London.

A reminder that distance doesn’t mean disconnection.

That while life has taken us in different directions, the people who matter still think about you when you’re not there.

And if you’ve ever lived far from home, you’ll understand this feeling.

The nostalgia.
The gratitude.
The lump in your throat you weren’t expecting.

Because sometimes all it takes is one thoughtful gesture to remind you that you’ve never really been forgotten at all. ❤️

A gentle reminder:

Not every beautiful moment arrives with fireworks.

Sometimes it looks like a quiet morning, a good coffee, a sunset, a phone call from a friend, or a laugh you didn’t expect.

Pay attention.

Your life is happening right now 🤍

There is so much life hidden inside the moments we keep rushing through.

In a world that constantly tells you to toughen up, be less emotional, and stop caring so much...

The little girl inside me still stops for sunsets.

Still gets excited about small things.

Still believes people deserve compliments.

Still finds beauty in ordinary moments.

For years, I thought I needed to outgrow her.

Now I realise she’s the reason I still believe life is worth romanticising.

The part of me that notices magic. The part that chooses wonder over cynicism. The part that refuses to let life make me hard.

These days, I’m not trying to outgrow her.

I’m trying to remember her. ✨

💛 If your younger self met you today, what do you think she’d be most proud of?

Maybe joy was never hidden in the big milestones—
maybe it’s been waiting in the slow mornings, the sunsets, the loud laughter, the coffee runs, and the people you love all along.

You were never meant to figure all of this out alone.

The version of you you’re becoming?
She already exists beneath the fear, the overthinking, the self-doubt… waiting for you to stop abandoning yourself and finally meet her.

And maybe that’s what this season is really about
coming home to yourself.

You don’t have to navigate becoming her alone.

Let’s discover her together 🤍

I’ve created a survey focused on supporting women rebuilding themselves after separation or divorce.

If you know anyone who may be open to sharing their experience, or if this resonates with you personally, I’d really appreciate your participation. The survey only takes a few minutes ❤️

I'm speaking with professional women navigating separation or divorce and trying to rebuild a life that feels genuinely theirs again. This short survey is designed to better understand the emotional, practical, and personal challenges women experience during this stage of life. Your answers are conf...
