What an incredible night!

This Monday we marked World Bipolar Day with our very first event - and we are genuinely overwhelmed by the response. To see so many of you show up, engage, and share your stories meant everything to our team and to the broader bipolar community.

We heard from an outstanding panel of voices and opened the floor to a Q&A that reminded us why these conversations matter so deeply. Thank you to every single person who joined us.

A huge thank you to our panelists - your honesty, expertise, and compassion made the evening what it was. We are so grateful you gave your time to be part of this.

We also want to apologise to anyone who experienced technical difficulties getting into the event. We know how disruptive that can be, especially during a session as meaningful as this one. We're taking notes and will do better next time.

We can't wait to keep building this space together. 💙
