🐾 A little walk, a very big achievement. 💜

Today, we’re celebrating a beautiful moment that means so much to one of our participants walking her dogs!

It may seem like a simple everyday activity, but for her, this has been something she has wanted to do for a long time. Seeing her take that step, enjoy the moment and do something she truly loves is a wonderful achievement worth celebrating.

We’re incredibly proud of her progress and the confidence she continues to build, one step at a time. 🌿

🌷 A day in full bloom at Tulip Time! 🌷

Today we headed to Bowral for the Tulip Festival, and what a beautiful day it was! From vibrant fields of tulips to sunny gardens and plenty of colour everywhere you looked, it was the perfect opportunity to get out, explore and enjoy everything the Southern Highlands has to offer. 🌸

It’s moments like these that make community participation so special. Getting out, discovering new places, enjoying the outdoors and creating memories along the way. 🩵

Our Women’s Morning Tea was a beautiful opportunity to come together, share meaningful moments, and celebrate the strength and individuality of every woman in our community.
As part of this special community day, participants enjoyed a relaxing morning filled with connection, encouragement, and a little extra self care.
