Join me for my next up-coming 5 Week Shadow Yoga Course.
This is a structured lineage-based system that transforms physical tension into embodied strength and stillness.
Beginning with foundational forms to set up co-ordination and breath, we move into deeper stance work and squats to build strength and mobility that prepare for the more subtle dance forms that lead to simple seats for meditation.
Students move from mindful exploration to disciplined mastery.
Each stage of practise reveals greater freedom, awareness and connection-supporting health, self-care and spiritual growth through every phase of life.
This course is for all levels, modifications are given where necessary.

Step into a flowing journey to awaken and uplift your whole being. This unique session blends Shadow Yoga, Yoga Dance, partner poses, meditation, and guided healing, all to the rhythm of live heartbeat drumming.
We begin with breathwork and grounding movement, then open into a joyful, expressive Yoga Dance flow. Gentle partner practices deepen connection and trust, before a restorative guided rest to renew body, heart, and spirit.
Beginner-friendly and open to al, just bring yourself.
We'll close outdoors with a rose petal release, followed by chai, nourishing treats, and optional picnic connection.
A safe, judgment-free space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and replenished.
