The amount of misinformation floating around about PCOS/PMOS is part of why diagnosis gets delayed for years.

If any of these surprised you, that's worth a proper conversation with someone who can look at your history properly.

Somewhere along the way, fertility got treated as a women's issue with a male subplot, when both are main characters in their own right.

S***m regenerates roughly every three months.

Whatever changes he makes this month won't show up on a semen analysis tomorrow, but they will eventually, which is exactly why starting early matters more than starting perfectly.

5 things worth your money… fertility edition.

Fertility care isn't about spending more. It's about spending on what actually moves you forward, and knowing the difference matters.

What would you add to this list?

S***m health isn't fixed. It responds to what you do daily, and the changes show up faster than most men expect.

The habits worth building in: sleep, sunlight, a diet built around leafy greens, berries, nuts and fish, and staying off ci******es and heavy drinking. Small things too: loose underwear, skipping the sauna and hot tub, regular ej*******on.

One thing to flag: it takes around 72–90 days for s***m to mature, so today's habits show up on a semen analysis in about three months, not tomorrow. Start now if you're trying.

And don't wait to get checked. A semen analysis is quick, non-invasive, and the clearest place to start.

Save this for when you're planning ahead, or send it to your partner who needs it.

My clinic has walls. This account doesn't.

For every woman I see in person, there are thousands more across the world asking the exact same questions, just without anyone to ask.

"Is this normal?"
"Should I be worried?"
"Why did no one tell me this sooner?"

I started this because fertility information shouldn't depend on which country you live in, or which doctor you happen to find. Everyone deserves to understand their own body properly, not just the version they can Google at midnight.

So this is my way of showing up for the women I'll never meet in a consult room, but might still be able to help.

Save this for someone who needs to see it today.

The first three myths in this carousel blame something you did. Lifting, stress, s*x.

None of them cause miscarriage, and the guilt they create is carried by women who did nothing wrong.

The last two do something different. They take away hope, telling you that bleeding means it's over, or that if it happens again nothing can be done. Neither is true.

A single miscarriage is common and usually a one-off. But when it happens two or more times, that is the point to investigate, not the point to accept it as bad luck.

Many causes of recurrent miscarriage can be found, and found causes can be treated.

You don't need three losses before anyone will look. Two is enough.

If someone you love has been carrying one of these myths, send this to them. ❤️

In many fertility workups, the first round of testing focuses almost starts with women: cycle tracking, hormone levels, ultrasounds.

A semen analysis often comes later, and is often left too late.

Male factors play a role in around half of all infertility cases.

Testing him early changes the plan from the start. A mild male factor could be behind months of unexplained delay.

Here is something most couples don't know.

S***m takes about three months to develop, so habits within that timeframe directly affect the results.

Smoking, drinking, and high heat exposure all measurably affect s***m quality.

The reverse is true as well: change the habits, and the next batch of s***m reflects it.

Testing both male and female factors means getting the full picture.

If you want to know what a full assessment looks like for both of you, comment ANSWERS and I will send you my booking link.
