🥾🌿 Walking Group – Camden Bike Track 🌿🥾

Our Walking Group enjoyed a great morning out on the Camden Bike Track today, with participants Chris and Vicki joining Support Workers Solange and Nikki, along with myself, for a scenic walk. 💙

Despite the chilly winter weather, it was still a pleasant morning to be outdoors, enjoying some fresh air, exercise, and great company. ☀️❄️

Together, we completed an impressive 5km walk along the paved track, taking in the surroundings and enjoying plenty of conversation along the way. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Walking Group is a wonderful opportunity to stay active, build friendships, and explore different areas of our local community, and today was no exception!

Well done to everyone for completing the walk and making the most of a beautiful winter's day. 😊🌿

From the peaceful bushland surrounds to the incredible waterfall views, it was a truly memorable day spent exploring one of the hidden gems in our local area. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed taking in the sights, soaking up the fresh air, and appreciating the beauty of nature.

These extra photos showcase just how special this outing was and why getting out into the community and exploring new places is something we love to do. 🌳🥾☀️

🌟 Another exciting week ahead at Wollondilly Total Care! 🌟

We have a fantastic week planned for our participants, including 🎳 Barefoot Bowls at Picton Bowling Club on Tuesday, where we'll enjoy some friendly competition and plenty of laughs, and 🥾 Walking Group at Camden Bike Track on Thursday, taking in the beautiful surroundings while staying active and connected.

We'll also be heading to the 🏊 Wollondilly Leisure Centre for our Swim & Gym Group, giving participants another opportunity to focus on their health, wellbeing, and fitness in a supportive environment.

It's shaping up to be another wonderful week of fun, friendship, community participation, and making great memories together. 💙

We can't wait to see everyone for another week full of connection, adventure, and smiles! 😊
