Sharing this interesting case which highlights how the body systems work together. Poor thyroid conversion to T3 means weight loss can be stubborn, mood is low and energy low. A healthy bowel and liver are key to thyroid conversion. Chronically low iron may be linked to poor gut health.

Too many naturopaths don’t stop because they aren’t passionate… they stop because they don’t feel confident enough to practice.

It’s one of the saddest realities I’ve seen in over 20 years as a naturopath.

Bright, capable graduates leave university with so much knowledge, yet many are left wondering:
What test should I order?
What supplement do I choose?
Am I missing something?
What if I get it wrong?

That self-doubt can become so overwhelming that many never build the career they dreamed of.

I created the Rural Clinic Initiative because I wanted to change that.

This isn’t another online course full of theory.
