📅 A Friendly Reminder About Appointments

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change unexpectedly.

If you know you won't be able to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to reschedule your appointment and offer that time to someone on our cancellation list who may be waiting for an earlier appointment.

When a patient doesn't attend their appointment without notice, it often doesn't leave enough time for us to fill that appointment slot, meaning valuable appointment times go unused while others are waiting to be seen.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. A quick phone call can make a big difference and helps us provide the best possible service to all of our patients.
