Welcome to Gal OT Services! I have taken the exciting step to open a new Occupational Therapy service in Tamworth, NSW - providing client-centred OT & Case Management services.

I have a passion for working with adults, providing evidence-based support to achieve your goals, developing your strengths, improving functional safety and independence in your life circumstances.

Supporting clients under the following schemes:
- NDIS
- Home Care Packages
- iCare Lifetime Care

- Home & Safety assessments
- Minor and complex home modifications‍
- Equipment / Assistive Technology prescription
- Functional Capacity Assessments and reporting
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) assessments
- Specialist Disability Accommodation assessments
- Falls Risk Assessment and Prevention
- Comprehensive pressure care interventions
