🌿 Learn to identify, forage, and prepare backyard weeds and wildflowers, and discover their delicious, nutrient-rich benefits
And how to incorporate them into your daily cooking.
🪴We’ll enjoy a delicious lunch together (gluten free and vegetarian), featuring some of the herbs we forage, accompanied by specially curated herbal teas.
🌍This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to reconnect with nature, deepen their understanding of local plants, and embrace a more sustainable lifestyle.

What’s included in this workshop:
* Guided herb foraging walk
