Hello,
I hope you have been enjoying the colder weather, it always takes me a few days to adjust, how about you?
Like many of us I find it hard to venture outside in the cold, this is when I love my Chakradance™ practice.
I can retreat to my room, light a candle, get cosy and listen to a beautiful meditation.
This is followed by moving in rhythm with chakra resonate music which can be gentle or vigorous.
I then create an image or journal ......a wonderful way to release any heaviness or frustration weighing you down.
To finish off I integrate all the above with another beautiful meditation. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

I haven't had to brave the cold ,drive anywhere ,change what I am wearing just walk to my room and enjoy. When I am finished I walk a few steps and continue my day calm relaxed and focused.
