Celebrating one year of deep rest since I finished my Bachelor of Health Science Naturopathy

           🌿💚🌿

Although I am still quietly studying away in the fields of neuroinflammation and autoimmune conditions, I have been a little quiet lately on socials, because I am mostly outside in Nature, working on my vis medicatrix Naturae

Love from Nature will soon be moving forwards into the true vision of connecting people with Nature, and with the wisdom and intelligence of their own bodies, bringing deeper understanding of the physical body's powerful healing capabilities.

Using both evidence based science and centuries of traditional knowledge to empower a holistic approach to health and wellness....  the very best of both worlds....

I am happy to share that my Naturopathic door is slowly opening for just a few special clients at a time .... allowing me to spend the time and provide the quality of care that allows for a deeper understanding of your health picture....

For now, a little bit more resting to be done this Winter.... powerful pranayama class practices (breathing!)..... loads of yoga class asanas (stretching!)....some stunning cacao journeys and wonderful nutritional and herbal allies are coming.... bit by bit I am building my clinic..... but more on that soon ✨️🌿✨️

The most perfect post-degree relax - 6 days of breath practices in the most beautifully relaxing, cosy yoga shala at Heartland 🫶

Gratitude once again to the amazing Darja from
for her absolutely epic breathwork and pranayama yoga teacher training. A world champion free diver and oxygen advantage facilitator with huge knowledge about the breath and yoga practices.

It was mind blowing how regular focus and awareness to the breath affects our daily physiology so much, plus learning about how these practices keep our bodies in wonderful health and assist our longevity. Clearing out dysregulated breathing patterns and replacing new patterns for smooth, clear easy breaths and improving vagal tone. Breathwork practices help to calm the nervous system, and assist the digestive system giving you a great nights sleep - waking refreshed and becoming so so calm. Life skills learned during this training!

And a huge thanks to Kel as well for sharing the training and her house with me 🙌 🥰

So excited to share this with you all - breathwork classes will begin here in Tea Tree Gully this November!
