After a lovely week away with my family, I’m unfortunately a bit behind schedule!

So Episode 12 is out tomorrow!

This week we sit down with naturopath and nurse, Deb Ashton and we take it back to basics and discuss the ways you can improve your chances of natural conception in that awful first 12 months of trying to conceive… before most fertility clinics or doctors will see you!

We talk about all the ways you can track your ovulation and the importance of understanding your own body.

Whilst this might all be fairly straight forward to those of you who have been on this train a while, it might be a good refresher or reminder for those of you who are just beginning.
