Part-time (3 days/week)

We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our busy GP clinic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and patient-focused environment alongside experienced doctors, nurses and administration staff.

About the role:
• General practice nursing duties
• Chronic disease management & care planning
• Immunisations and health assessments
• Assisting with procedures
• Patient education and support
• Opportunity to work collaboratively within a caring team

About you:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in general practice is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided
