Picture this…

You walk into a room full of young mums—some holding tiny babies, some feeding, all simply doing their best to find their way through motherhood.

Many have never been taught what to do in an emergency. Never shown how to help a choking baby. Never learnt CPR. Never had someone answer the questions that keep them awake at night.

Before we started, we asked one simple question:

“What is your biggest fear when it comes to your little one?”

This is what they wrote.

Choking. Drowning. SIDS. Falls. Burns. Head injuries. CPR.

These aren’t just sticky notes. They’re the worries that live in a parent’s heart.

Today, thanks to the incredible yourtown Parenting & Children’s Program, and with the support of Children’s Rights Queensland, we had the privilege of helping turn fear into confidence.

For two hours, we answered questions, practised lifesaving skills, and watched these mums leave knowing more than they did when they walked in.

This is why we do what we do.

Not for a certificate. Not for recognition.

But because every parent deserves the opportunity to feel confident when it matters most. We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with yourtown Glugor Children’s and Families program to make these lifesaving education sessions accessible to more families, and we can’t wait to continue making a difference—one parent, one child, and one skill at a time. 💙

A record month! 💙

July was one for the books. Training 550 students in just one month brings First Aid Noosa & First Aid Gympie to an incredible 25,800 lifetime competent students. That number still blows me away.

I’m taking a moment to reflect because small business isn’t always what you see on social media. It’s late nights, never-ending emails, replying to messages at all hours, missed catch-ups with friends, and putting in the work long after everyone else has switched off.

But when the hard work, consistency and passion are there, you start to see the results.

Every month is busy for us, but this month has been our most diverse yet. We’ve had the privilege of training returning clients, welcoming new businesses, working with schools, dental teams, NDIS support workers, aged care staff, construction crews, doctors, sporting clubs, and so many members of the public.

We also sold out our first major collaborative paediatric course and our Clinical Care Workshop Day—a huge milestone and something we’re incredibly proud of.

We don’t measure success by numbers alone. Behind every number is a person who has taken the time to learn a skill that could one day save a life or make a real difference to someone in their care. That’s what matters most.

To our incredible trainers, our admin team, and Chris—who helps keep everything running behind the scenes and is always there when we need him—thank you! Every business that continues to choose us, and every student who has trusted us with their training—thank you. We genuinely love what we do, and we never take your support for granted.

Thanks to Allens Training RTO 90909 for all your continued support in partnership!

And yes… we’re only just getting started.

Watch this space. 💙

🦷 P01035 – Medical Emergencies in a Dental Practice

Did you know we offer a course specifically designed for the entire dental team? Dentists, dental assistants, reception staff and practice managers all have an important role when a medical emergency occurs.

Today we were at Mary Street Dental, Gympie delivering hands-on, scenario-based training tailored to their practice.

✔️ CPR in the dental setting
✔️ Syncope (fainting) management
✔️ Anaphylaxis recognition and treatment
✔️ Using the dental emergency procedures
✔️ Medical emergency scenarios
✔️ Responding with the practice’s own emergency equipment

A huge thank you to the team at Mary Street Dental for another fantastic session. We love helping dental teams build the confidence to respond when every second counts. 👏🚑
