Happy Saturday beautiful beings 💕

For those of you navigating life solo at the moment, it can feel a little lonely and isolating to experience most things 'on your own' 😔

This doesn't mean you are 'broken', unlovable, unworthy or undesirable in any way....sometimes these pauses are needed to rediscover yourself outside of an intimate relationship especially those where you were allocating most of your time to your partner, children and/or work or business. ✋️

This quiet reflective space is a great opportunity to reassess what a healthy relationship looks like and feels like for you and if there are relationship patterns you've been embodying in the past that are not aligned with the future you desire 🤔

Get to know your own love language, your own patterns and behaviours and gently explore what this period of solitude can offer as an opportunity to grow and evolve beyond the previous versions of yourself that may have outgrown some of the ways you interacted within intimate relationships 🫶

Know that when you are open and ready you can attract and recognise a healthy, aligned relationship that offers the depth, presence, effort and connection you desire 🥰

In the meantime be kind to yourself and others and remember that humans are designed to experience love, connection and support and there's nothing wrong with wanting or missing that! 🫂

Greetings beautiful beings on this gorgeous afternoon 💞

I felt called to do a channelling for those of you who may be feeling a little lost, uncertain, isolated or lonely right now....😶‍🌫️ (more in the channelling below)

There is so much being surfaced and revealed right now both within and around us and at times it can feel overwhelming and like we've lost our footing or feel out of touch with our surroundings or even ourselves 😑

Please know, as always this serves a deeper purpose and can be a gentle opportunity to go deeper, get clearer and let go of anything that may be blocking your goals and desires 🍃

If you are feeling angry or triggered with what is surfacing....sit with it and allow those feelings to surface without the need to act on them or stay there, instead get curious about what they are showing you and ask yourself is it time to let go of something or someone or to perhaps move from the past to the present 🤔

Allow yourself to be an observer as these emotions and energies move through you and support your body with hydration, movement, nourishment, presence and adequate rest 😌

Warm greetings to all of you incredible souls 🥰💗

So much has happened since my last post here! Lots of changes, blessings and life happening and just rolling with whatever comes my way as best I can 😊

There are huge shifts happening right now and we are all seeing it, feeling it and living it....as most of you may know dad sold his beautiful property on the river recently where I was living for a few years (and some of you had the privilege of healing and connecting in that incredible space!) which was a huge change for me personally.....it had been our family home for 40 years and a place of memories, identity, complexity and also a representation of my mother's love of nature and nurturing and her presence remained there always even after her passing 🌻 (pic below is my last? chai in 'mum's office' 🥺)

Throughout that and many other shifts I've just allowed what needs to surface arise within me and express it as needed.....without bypassing my feelings or hiding my emotions which has actually been quite liberating and helped me process so much along with the incredible support, love and conversations with some of my nearest and dearest 🥰🙏

We are all going through similar experiences of change, closure, transformation and revelations (more on this in the channelling below for those who want deeper insight 👇) ✨️

Now more than ever it's important to connect, share, communicate and hold space for eachother as we build and nourish our support circles and offer compassion, guidance and honesty to those around us 💞

I've been a little quiet in this space keeping busy and also keeping authentic....I don't believe in forcing connections, farts or channellings! 😂

It's been interesting energy sometimes feeling slow and soft and other times feeling like time is being manipulated or warped and it's hard to keep track! 🤔

How are you all feeling with some of the intense energies playing out right now?

I'll admit it's been somewhat of a roller coaster and I'm feeling super grateful for the practices that keep me grounded, centered and aligned in my truth......that's not to say I haven't felt or experienced the collective anger, loneliness frustration and anxiety! 😬 (more on this in the channelling below 👇)

Good evening gorgeous souls ✨️

Hope you're navigating this interesting time in humanity as things get a bit crazy and emotional within us and around us 🌪

I'm sitting in it all as I like to.....in the dark, with a chai, burning incense under the stars ☕️

It can feel like things are changing by the minute at times and it's hard to 'pin down' any sense of certainty.....this is actually the point as we are encouraged to loosen our grip and surrender to the flow of life without rigidly trying to force or hold onto things that are out of alignment ⚖️ (more on this in the channelling below 👇)

I too am feeling and experiencing this as I sit in reflection on the eve of my 45th birthday....so much has changed so rapidly and I've grown and been moved on so many levels and yet when I take a moment amongst some of the uncertainty and confusion the words 'Trust and Surrender ' speak to my soul 🙏

Sometimes we do our best learning and growth in stillness, quiet introspection and soft self honesty.....allow yourself the time to just sit in your feels without screens or distractions or a to do list and just BE with yourself so that the guidance looking to reach you can find you 💞

We are still in the shedding process and there are still some old energies, habits, stories, beliefs and patterns that need to be left behind.....so let them go with love and gratitude 🐍

When you have the courage and humility to do this you can gallop into your future with confidence, clarity and calm as a free spirit, not a tortured soul 🐎

Hold your horses……there’s still some shedding to do!

Some of you may feel like you’re ‘chewing at the bit’ to get started on some new project, new idea or a fresh chapter in your life…….you may also feel like there are certain realisations, circumstances or experiences pulling you back. This is because we haven’t quite left the energy of the snake….and as this energy draws to a close there will be a final (sometimes intense) shedding that will occur. This may jolt some into a surprisingly low/introspective period as some deep seated habits/patterns or realisations surface. This can feel foggy at first as you desperately seek answers to the feelings that are arising within you……until you can let honesty, clarity and accountability seep in and understand there are still some things that have a ‘grip’ on you and it’s time to let go.

This can feel like a death…..an ending with no apparent solution or silver lining, however this is actually a rebirth should you choose to allow it and have the courage to face what you already know is lurking beneath. This is a fork in the road whereby you get to decide if you will gallop into a new phase in your life free from what’s been keeping you shackled, or will you recoil and hide in the shadows feeling pity and aimlessness…….either is OK! There is no time limit on awareness and it can take lifetimes if you want it to…….OR you can decide to awaken to your own power of creativity, your own power of choice, your own power of healing and your own power of alignment and congruency. Either way it is inevitable and will be faced one way or another, it is less painful and confusing to consciously choose to look deeper within, rather then wait for the universe to ‘force your hand’ through catalyst life events that feel overwhelming and out of control.

This is a time of the bravest surrender……letting go of control, bitterness, resentment, comparisons, feelings of not enough, or unworthiness and any stories or beliefs you’ve been clinging to that clearly aren’t serving you. The veil has been removed from your eyes so that you can see what lies within in you and before you……will you look without blame and judgement and see the truth of your path? This can be such a powerful time of transformation and there are incredibly potent energies and frequencies encouraging you to courageously shed any old layers containing/limiting your light and divinity…….it’s time to step out of the shadows and allow yourself to step fully into the light, bringing strength, clarity and purpose to your next chapter.

Allow the shadows to surface and do not run or avoid feeling what is rising within you…..let it out, feel it, sit with it and understand where it has come from……..your past. You are old enough and mature enough now to hold space for yourself and allow these waves of emotion to pass through you, knowing you are releasing and you are safe to let this go now. It’s ok if you change, it’s ok if your interests, relationships, behaviours, beliefs or careers move with this shift……it’s ok to feel unsteady and grieve what you once had and who you once were……it’s all part of the process.

This is a deep shedding and purge to make way for the new energies rising within you carrying you forward on your path of consciousness and evolution. Seek out those who resonate with this season of change and support and share with each other so that you can remain grounded and centered during this process. If you find yourself slipping into darkness and feeling worthless or unable to move forward, please reach out to a trusted healer, guide or friend to be the voice of reason so that you can move out of the shadows and see what needs to be healed and released.

It can be easy to see this time as chaotic or ‘messy’, however whatever is happening is showing you what is no longer in alignment so that you can move into a more harmonious and balanced way of being and consistently respond to your life with gratitude and understanding instead of reactivity and despair.

Surrender sweet soul and allow yourself to receive the beautiful life awaiting you beyond the shadows!
