We love our clinicians, and we love and appreciate our incredible admin team behind the scenes. They are the reason that the rest of us think everything just magically work. They somehow fit in one more client, ensure urgent reports get done and are on top of each clinician’s schedule.

Supervision is embedded into everything we do at Evolve. 📝

No clinician works alone. Behind every assessment, report, formulation, recommendation, and Behaviour Support Plan is a team of clinicians working together to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients.

Our team has regular internal supervision, external supervision, peer consultation, behaviour support supervision, and Board Approved Supervisors.

We believe that when clinicians are supported, clients receive better care. A team of clinicians working together for the benefit of the people and families we support. We think that’s exactly how it should be.

If you’ve ever met Emma, you’ll know exactly what we mean when we say she has one of the most infectious smiles you’ll ever come across. 🤍

As our Team Leader, Emma is the person quietly working behind the scenes, checking in on others, offering support, solving problems, and always putting the needs of her team before her own. She goes above and beyond every single day, not because she has to, but because that’s simply who she is.

Evolve isn’t just a multidisciplinary team of allied health clinicians. We’re a family. We celebrate the big things and the little things. Successful rental applications, Engagements, purchasing family homes, birthdays, finishing degrees, award nominations, personal milestones and professional achievements. The moments that matter.

Because behind every clinician is a person, and we genuinely care about each other both inside and outside of work. Emma is one of the people who helps create that culture every day, and we’re incredibly grateful to have her leading the way. ✨

✨ The first smile you see when you walk through our doors.
If you’ve ever visited Evolve, you’ve probably been greeted by Teaghan’s warm smile, friendly nature, and a lolly bowl that’s somehow always full. 🍬
She has a way of making everyone feel welcome, safe, and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Whether it’s a child walking into their first appointment, a parent feeling nervous, or one of our clinicians rushing through the door, Teaghan is often the person who makes the day a little brighter.
We are so lucky to have her as the heart of our reception area. 🤍

🚨 Thriving Kids: What We Know🚨
Parents have been asking a lot of questions about the new Thriving Kids program and what it may mean for their children.
Psychologists, Naomi and Darcy break down the information currently available and discuss some of the uncertainties that still remain.
The government has stated that children with permanent and significant disabilities will continue to access the NDIS. However, there is currently limited detail regarding how the new system may impact many children, including those with Autism.
There are many unanswered questions, including what supports will be funded through Thriving Kids, how services will be delivered and how this program will work alongside the NDIS.
As clinicians, we know many families are feeling uncertain. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and we will continue advocating for the children and families we support 🫶🏻🤍

Meet two of the incredible women behind Evolve🤍

Kiera is a dedicated Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner who is deeply committed to the people she supports. She brings warmth, insight, and genuine care to every interaction, always striving to achieve meaningful outcomes for her clients and their families.
Emily is a passionate Social Worker and Behaviour Support Practitioner who advocates fiercely for the children, adults, and families she supports. She approaches every client with compassion, authenticity, and an unwavering commitment to helping people navigate challenges.

Kiera and Emily are both fiercely dedicated to advocating for their clients. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure the people and families they support feel heard, understood, and empowered. We are so grateful to have these girls on our team and are incredibly proud of the difference they make in the lives of others. 🤍
