🧡Brunswick Hauora Wellbeing Clinic |
This Sunday 23rd August🧡
🌿If you’ve been feeling out of balance, carrying stress, experiencing pain in the body, or simply know it’s time to slow down and reconnect, this is the space for you.
📍 Sunday 23rd August
Balam Balam Place, Brunswick
🌿Our community clinics offer Mahi a Io, Mirimiri, Romiromi and Rongoā Māori, ancestral healing practices passed down through our tūpuna that support the restoration of balance across the tinana (body), hinengaro (mind), and wairua (spirit). Through hands-on healing, traditional Māori wisdom, and a holistic approach to wellbeing, these practices help bring the whole person back into balance.
🌿We also have a range of Rongoā Māori natural remedies available at cost price, making rongoā more accessible to our community.
🧡Our clinics operate on a koha basis.🧡
A koha is a respectful contribution offered in appreciation of the time, knowledge, and care received, this makes it accessible to all with individuals being able to give what the can rather than a set price.
Every koha helps us continue providing these community wellbeing spaces and supporting those who need them most.
🧡Kaumātua | Elders receive sessions free of charge.🧡
🌿Whether this is your first experience or you’re returning to continue your healing journey, everyone is welcome.
🌿Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, connected, and supported.
