Working with support: Understanding the role of props in practice

Yoga is a process of observation and study. Props are one of the many tools available to us in that process.
In this workshop, we will explore how the intelligent use of props can deepen our understanding of asana.
Rather than simply making a posture easier or more accessible, props can help illuminate actions, reveal habitual patterns, and bring greater clarity to our experience.
