Gently arriving back in Perth after a blissful few days of Qigong and deep rest.

I went into this retreat absolutely depleted after a bout of flu put me in bed for a week. My husband had also been away for a month and I was beyond burnt out. I could feel it in every cell of my body, a cry for respite.

I arrived at Origins Retreat Centre completely empty and I left there completely restored.

The land, the energy, the presence of all of the participants, was the perfect combination of healing my body desperately needed.

Once again Kip held the most beautifully restful and nourishing space for all of us to receive what we needed from the land, from each other and from ourselves.

As I gently ease back into work, I have some availability this week for massage:

Monday 11 & 3:30
Thursday 9 & 11
Friday 10:30

Next Sunday I am running a TWO HOUR qigong workshop at Leisureworld and I would like to see you there!
