🌿 🥣 Home made chicken pesto pasta for picky eaters!

If you have a picker eater in your house, I highly recommend this recipe. It’s texture friendly and super easy and quick to make.

🔅 200g dried pasta (I used gluten free spirals)
🔅 600g chicken breast, diced, salted and grilled at 180 degrees
🔅 1/8 - 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
🔅 2 sprigs oregano
🔅 3-4 small sprigs rosemary
🔅 4 small sprigs thyme
🔅 1/3 bag lightly dried basil
🔅 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
🔅 Juice of half a lemon (or 1 whole small lemon)
🔅 Salt and pepper
🔅 Optional: finely chopped rocket

Make sure your herbs are stripped from the stems thoroughly and finely chopped. Mix everything together and enjoy!

PS: my kitchen is 95% renovated. Anyone who has done live in DIY renovations know that last 5% will take years to finish 😂💀

PMOS is just a label.

And maybe this is why your protocols aren’t working.

If you’re not treating the condition that is affecting you with your subset of metabolic and hormonal drivers, then you’re just wasting time and money slapping supplements on symptoms (and possibly symptoms that don’t even fit your picture).

If you’re sick of wasting time and money, start investing in real help designed for you, not the label.

Dear younger me,

I know everything is scary. I know you feel everything too much and too ‘wrong’. I know you feel so incredibly lonely and are yearning for connection and to be seen. To be something of worth.

Keep pushing. Don’t drop your stubbornness, because it’s going to take you somewhere. You will build a community of people who love you and trust you. The real you too, not the fake one you put on 24/7 since your earliest memories to stop the hurt and disappointment.

You’re going to build a life you love. You will build boundaries and you will learn to protect yourself.

It’s not going to be easy and the hard days are still there, but I promise you won’t be alone. And I know that is all you ever wanted. To feel safe, connected, worthy, and welcomed. As the real you.

Just keep being you. Because you kinda turn out pretty fricking great.
