My name is Stacey, and I’m the Rostering Officer here at Abundant Life Support Services

How long have you been a part of the team?
I have been proudly working with ALSS for almost 5 years now. I started as a Disability Support Worker and have worked my way up. 💪

A bit about my role:
One of my strongest skills is matchmaking staff with participants. That’s the secret to a solid, well-built roster – understanding people, personalities and needs. Pairing them in a way that creates stability and trust for everyone 👥

What I’d say to someone thinking of joining ALSS?
We’re fun, loud, supportive and real. We hype each other up, have a laugh even on hard days, and still show up with so much heart. It's a team of people who genuinely care hard, work hard, and aren't afraid to jump in and make things happen 💙

✨ What a fantastic night out for our ALSS Wagga crew! ✨

Our participants had a great evening at The Rules Club Wagga enjoying their popular $13 Steak Night. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect socially, meet new people, share plenty of laughs, and enjoy some great conversations along the way.

At ALSS, we believe it’s about so much more than just getting out of the house—it’s about creating meaningful opportunities for friendships, building confidence, growing independence, and fostering a true sense of belonging in our community 💙

After a long week in the office, Sami (Social Media) and Stacey (Rostering) decided it was time for some well-earned laughs 😂
The girls were all smiles, having a giggle about whose brain had officially clocked out first… 🤯

Don’t worry though — Stacey managed to find someone’s brain lying around, so we’re good to go for next week! 😜🧠
