📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE — Our Loyalty Program Is Retiring

Hi everyone,

We want to let you know that our loyalty program is coming to an end. If you have points, please use them up as soon as you can — check the key dates below so you don't miss out.

📅 1 June 2026 — We stop taking new sign-ups from this date.
⭐ 1 October 2026 — Last day to use your points. Make sure you redeem them before then.
❌ After 1 October 2026 — Any points left will expire forever.

We are sorry for any trouble this causes. We know change is not always easy.

Thursday Island Pharmacy has considered the impact of this decision carefully. We have decided to retire the loyalty program to realign with our main objective — providing the best possible care and service to our community.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the community for hosting me for the last 15 years.

Tomorrow will be my last day working in the pharmacy before moving to Cairns to be closer to my extended family.

I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on Thursday Island, NPA and surrounds. The warmth of the community, the amazing health care team and the exciting role we have being a pharmacist is something very few people get to experience.

I look forward to catching up when I see you all next 🥰
