It’s 24forMND 2026 time and Dave Sandison and the team are down at the Nundah Criterion Track helping to provide recovery massages to help keep the riders on the track raising funds for MNDFoundation who help to provide quality of life for people living with MND 💙🧡
The riders have been riding from 10am Saturday 22nd Aug overnight to 10am Sunday 23rd August with the aim of raising $100K

As our longest-serving receptionist at Tingalpa, Meredith has been welcoming patients with a smile for years. Her friendly nature, incredible organisation, and wealth of knowledge help keep the clinic running smoothly every single day.

Whether she's greeting patients, juggling a busy reception desk, or helping our team behind the scenes, Meredith is someone we're incredibly grateful to have as part of the Activate family. 💚

Today we're celebrating one of our wonderful Stafford receptionists, Emily! 🎂

If you've visited our Stafford clinic, there's a good chance Emily has welcomed you with a friendly smile and helped make your visit that little bit easier. 😊

When she's not helping our patients, Emily is busy studying Exercise Physiology at university and we're so proud of everything she's achieving. 💪📚

Today we're celebrating one of the friendly faces of our Tingalpa team! ✨

Even though it's Sunday and the clinic doors are closed today, we couldn't let the day pass without wishing Hannah a very happy birthday. 🥳

Thank you for all the care, kindness and positivity you bring to the clinic and for helping our patients feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. We hope you get to put your feet up, enjoy some cake 🍰 and spend the day doing something you love.

The only downside? It's a bit of a shame the Broncos couldn't deliver a birthday weekend win for one of their biggest supporters! 🏉 Better luck next week!

As well as being a pretty decent physio, some of you might not know Activate’s own Dave Sandison is also an expert rugby coach for the year 7 boys at Iona College.

This morning saw his team seal the deal with a perfect premiership - an 8 and 0 record, undefeated all season and only conceding 4 tries in all their games!

Well done coach Dave for giving up your time to coach these young men in a season they will undoubtedly remember for the rest of their lives in the game you love 🖤🤍🦍

🌟 From Chinese Medicine Practitioner to Stafford Physiotherapist - Meet Cooby the newest addition to our team! 🌟

Originally from Hong Kong 🇭🇰, Cooby brings a unique blend of healthcare experience to our team, having previously worked as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner before completing his Physiotherapy training here in Australia.

His diverse clinical background gives him a broad perspective on helping people manage pain, recover from injury, and stay active for the long term. 🏃‍♂️

When he's not in the clinic, you'll often find Cooby out running, exploring Brisbane's trails, or working towards his next running goal. His passion for movement and active living is something he loves sharing with his patients every day.

In this video, Cooby introduces himself and shares a little about his journey into physiotherapy, what motivates him as a clinician, and why he's passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love.
