October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

Here are a few simple ways to look after your breast health:
✔️ Know your normal. Get familiar with how your breasts usually look and feel.
✔️ Look out for changes like a new lump, ni**le changes or discharge, skin dimpling or redness, or a change in shape or size.
✔️ Noticed something new? See your GP, even if you've had a recent mammogram.
✔️ Aged 50–74? Book your free mammogram every two years with BreastScreen Australia on 13 20 50. Women aged 40 and over are also eligible.
