This is one of the reasons I teach Chair Fit Yoga. Mondays and Fridays 11:30am. All the benefits of yoga without the need to get up and down from your mat. Namaste 🙏 Linda 0411762318

We all start yoga searching for peace... 🧘

Then halfway through class, we realize the hardest pose is standing back up. 😂

Still worth it every single time. 💚

Who's ever made weird noises trying to get off the mat? 🙋🤣

To say I love what I do is an understatement! But Im going to, I LOVE WHAT I DO!!!! These wonderful women turn up each week some not so well some sore or injured some with heavy hearts but they give it their all and are so kind, caring and generous.
