We will sit for a meditation, journal, connection and a share plate.

A bitter-sweet moment, unfortunately I will no longer be at the.collaborative.wellness.co. No bad blood just expansion and big ideas. I am truly privileged, honoured and grateful for how welcomed I was while I figuring out how to be a site based service. I am looking forward to what they will bring to our amazing community and to see how they strive to support out locals.

Since opening sessions to all mothers not just those who are pregnant has been so very rewarding. I'm so excited to be able to offer this on a weekly basis. There isn't a better way to end you week.

Hey mummas! I am offering sessions From Woman’s Intuitive massage, Womb Warmings to Mother's Blessings. I believe that every woman deserves to be held in a warm, gentle and comforting way so that they have the ability to really relax, connect with their bodies, wombs and within. Recently I felt drawn to open up and offer it to all mothers - pregnant, postpartum and general motherhood who needs the little pick up. I felt to offer 5 sessions at discount for $60 just for Mother's day.

✨️I am excited to share what has been happening over the last few months. ✨️

As a doula I have offered many services to mothers in different stages of their lives. I've seen and heard so many women exhausted and just wanting to be held in many ways. I am passionate about holding women especially mothers in a supportive and nurturing way. I believe that we need to take the time for intentional and restorative time covering the body, spirit and nervous system. Mothers are pulled and pushed in so many directions daily.
I believe that every woman deserves to be held in a warm, gentle and comforting way so that they have the ability to really relax, connect with their bodies, wombs and within. Recently I felt drawn to open up and offer it to all mothers - pregnant, postpartum and general motherhood who needs the little pick up. I am now offering sessions for all stages of mothering. I believe that we deserve to be held in a ceremonial way.

Did you know that babies are born with more bones than adults? It's a fascinating fact that showcases the incredible journey of human development from womb to world. While adults typically have 206 bones in their bodies, newborn babies start with around 270 bones! So, what's the secret behind this bone magic?

The answer lies in the process of ossification, where many of these tiny bones are actually cartilage that gradually fuse together as the baby grows. During infancy and childhood, these cartilaginous structures undergo a remarkable transformation, merging and solidifying into the larger bones that make up the adult skeleton.
