A new chapter is beginning…
For a long time, I have felt a calling to create something that goes beyond just a service.
A space where people can slow down.
A space where people can breathe.
A space where people can reconnect with themselves and feel supported on their own journey.
This is why I am creating Heart & Soul Health & Beauty. 💗
My journey has taught me that life can be challenging, but it has also taught me the importance of kindness, self-care, healing and finding your way back to who you truly are.
Through my training and continued learning in:

🌬️ Breathwork
🎶 Sound Healing
🌺 Aromatherapy and natural wellbeing practices
I hope to create a calm, welcoming space where you can take time for yourself.
A place where you don’t have to be anything for anyone else.
A place where you can simply pause, breathe and reconnect.
My “why” is simple…
I believe every person has something beautiful to offer this world.
I believe kindness is always a wonderful place to start.
And I believe looking after ourselves allows us to show up more fully for the people we love.
This journey is not about being perfect.
It is about growth.
It is about connection.
It is about finding your own balance.
I am excited to share this next chapter with you and I look forward to welcoming you into my space when the time is right. ✨

Some of you know me through Pinky's Coffee Dreams, but many of you may not know that I've been quietly following another passion that's been calling my heart for a long time.
I'm so excited to share that I'm currently expanding my knowledge and training in:

My vision for Heart & Soul Health & Beauty is to create a safe, nurturing space where women can slow down, breathe, heal, and reconnect with themselves. (Eventually I'll be adding space for men and couples here as well)
Life can be busy, overwhelming and sometimes incredibly heavy. I want to offer a place where you feel seen, supported and cared for—mind, body and soul.
This isn't just about relaxation. It's about creating moments of peace, restoring balance, encouraging self-love and helping you rediscover the beautiful person you already are.
I'm still learning, growing and investing in my education because I truly believe in offering the very best to those who trust me on their healing journey.

Support My 56km Challenge to Step Up to Breast Cancer

Right now, 56 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer every day.

This August, I'm walking 56km as part of Step Up to Breast Cancer for the mothers, sisters, daughters, friends and loves ones who are impacted by this devastating disease.

I am doing this to raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to support vital breast cancer research to help save lives.
