If we’re focusing on your feet, slowing down and taking your shoes off is usually a good place to start.

There’s often more to a treatment than simply focusing on where it hurts. I like to understand what’s been going on, how your body is feeling, and talk you through what we’re doing so you understand why we’re taking a particular approach.

Today, those feet were getting some extra attention with hot towels, exfoliation and reflexology. 👣

Our muscles are designed to work together in a certain sequence, and when one isn’t activating when it should, the body can compensate elsewhere. That’s why I like to look at how your whole body is moving, not just where you’re feeling the discomfort.
