It was wonderful meeting so many friendly faces, connecting with our community, and sharing all that we do here at The Better Day Community Care.

The Better Day Community Care is proud to be participating in The Push-Up Challenge - Australia with headspace as our chosen charity 🙌🏻

“Each year, hundreds of thousands of Australians take up the challenge to complete a set number of push-ups that represent the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in the most recent year of available data. We educate participants with daily mental health facts, and participants have the opportunity to fundraise for one of our chosen mental health charities.

The Push-Up Challenge is run by a passionate crew who work across Australia. We like to think of ourselves as small but mighty in our quest to raise awareness for mental health.”

Another day, another adventure! 🗺️

Part of our crew headed out to the Danish Flower Art and Clock and Bull Brewhouse and what a beautiful place! It might just look like a day out but these opportunities are so much more than that- community access is all about exploring local attractions and enjoying new experiences. It’s about creating opportunities, developing life skills, and having fun along the way.

We can’t wait to see what our Tuesday Social Group gets up to next week 😃
