We’re often better at looking after the people around us than we are at looking after ourselves.
We remind our mates to slow down. To take a break. To make time for their health. To not carry everything on their own.
Yet when it comes to our own wellbeing, many of us keep pushing through, telling ourselves we’ll get to it later.
Men’s Health Week is a reminder that looking after your health doesn’t need to be complicated.
Whether it’s making time to rest, booking that appointment you’ve been putting off, getting active, or reaching out for support, small actions can make a big difference.
Sometimes the advice we give others is the advice we need ourselves.
