Vinda Yoga Toowoomba I run all styles of yoga classes in Redwood, chair yoga and children’s yoga in daycare centers.

I am a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher with the following qualifications; *Cert 3 and 4 in fitness
*Group trainer including children and older adults
*Rehab trainer
*200 hr yoga teacher training
*trauma informed yoga
*vinyasa flow yoga
* advanced vinyasa flow yoga
*20 hr yoga therapy yoga brain


Please bring to class a non slip yoga mat, towel, and water
